The movie of the year, Iron Man 3 is in cinema right now! Remember to go and watch it ok? Anyway, I watched it on last Thursday which means that we are one of the earliest batch to watch it before it was on cinema the next day! I'm really honored! Thank you Nuffnang for the invitation! *jump with joy*

Ahh~ I was really lucky to get an Iron Man 3 merchandise which is the cap. Never know that I can win a cap! Here's a photo of myself posing with my tickets and my new cap! *wide grin*

I got myself the two new badges from Nuffnang too which is Blog First, Talk Later and My Blog is Better Than Yours! It's not easy to win these limited edition badges as we were required to answer three questions related to Iron Man which I am not really good at it. Thank you Xiong for helping me to answer all the questions and that's how I got these two new badges! Hehe....

Limited edition badges fron Nuffnang. Hoho~

Anyway, back to the Iron Man 3 movie. Here's the synopsis:

Synopsis
Tony Stark has obsessively built several Iron Man suits in his mansion after sometime. This causes friction with his girlfriend, Pepper Potts, the new Stark Industries chief. Tony with his scientist paramour Maya Hansen, arrogantly avoids crippled scientist Aldrich Killian, who wants Tony's backing in his endeavor Advanced Idea Mechanics (AIM) in a flashback to New Year's Eve 1999.

In present-day America, a string of bombings by terrorist the Mandarin has left intelligence agencies bewildered at the lack of forensic evidence. When Stark Industries security chief Happy Hogan is caught in one such attack, Stark overcomes his stupor and issues a televised threat to the Mandarin, who responds by destroying Tony's home with helicopter gunships. Pepper and Maya, who had come to warn Tony, survive the attack. Tony then finds himself in rural Tennessee after his artificial intelligence JARVIS follows a flight plan from Tony's investigation into the Mandarin. Tony's experimental armor lacks sufficient power to return to California, and the world believes him dead.

Teaming with Harley, a precocious 10-year-old boy, Tony investigates the remains of a local explosion bearing the hallmarks of a Mandarin attack. He discovers the explosions were triggered by soldiers from the Extremis program, an experimental treatment intended to allow its users to recover from crippling injuries. However, if a user's body cannot properly metabolize Extremis, the user heats up and explodes. After veterans started growing unstable and exploding, their deaths were used to cover up Extremis' flaws by manufacturing a terrorist plot. Tony witnesses Extremis firsthand when Mandarin agents Ellen Brandt and Eric Savin attack him.

With Harley's help, Tony traces the Mandarin to Miami. Stark infiltrates the headquarters using a variety of home-made weapons. Inside he discovers the Mandarin is actually a British actor named Trevor Slattery, who is oblivious to the acts the Mandarin has carried out. The Mandarin is a creation of Killian, who appropriated Maya's Extremis research as a cure for his own disability and expanded the program to include injured war veterans. Aldrich reveals he has kidnapped Pepper and subjected her to Extremis, intending to infuse her with superhuman abilities and turn her against Tony as leverage to gain Tony's aid in fixing Extremis's flaws.

What's up next? Remember to catch it in cinemas today! *the end of the synopsis. lol*

Review
The movie is really nice. In this movie, you can actually observe that Tony really cares for Pepper. After that, he realised that he shouldn't be depending on the suit after the incident. Both Tony and Pepper live happily ever after! Yay! Thumbs up for this movie! Waiting for the next sequel in anticipation! Teehee..

I'll rate it 4/5.
